I recently rented a flat through SOCO Realty, and Kate was an excellent property manager. She is a very warm and friendly person, and would always answer my emails or calls promptly. Maintenance issues were sorted out quickly, and I was very much kept in the loop when the flat owners decided to sell. Kate kindly provided advice on the best way to secure another rental in the current extremely competitive market, and offered to keep an eye out for anything becoming available in the near future.As someone who has moved around a lot for work and rented a number of properties, this was definitely one of the nicest experiences that I have had leasing a flat. Everything was straightforward, efficient and really professional.

SOCO took over our rental once the owner sold. Our property manager Amy was great with us and very accommodating with our dog and families needs. Amy sorted out maintenance requests quickly with no issues at all. She was great to deal with during inspections and with our recent vacate. Highly recommend.
