Karl gave advice on what to spend money on and where not too so I wasn’t over capitalising in more detail then any other agent . Always contactable or would return your missed calls , very polite and honest . Would explain his marketing strategy but not enforce , wouldn’t pressure you into signing with his agency or accepting early offers . Had a good result with the sale and believe this was due to Karl’s knowledge of the area and people skills , thanks Karl .

Committed͏ to ensure the vendor achieved their expectations.I enjoyed the engagement with Karl from our first meeting. He was very professional, had a wealth of knowledge about the area in which I was selling an investment property. had constructive advise on how best to present the property & didnt push any promotion or sales periods , just when I was ready & happy with the property presentation he would commence on the agreed marketing plan.
